From the talented Norwegian director, Joachim Trier, comes a complex and beautifully crafted film about a widower (Gabriel Bryne) and his two sons (Jesse Eisenberg, Devin Druid) trying to come to terms with the death of their wife and mother, a famous war photographer. Isabelle Reed (Isabelle Huppert) leaves behind a family reeling with dysfunction and many unanswered questions.  For years, her family did their best to cope with Isabelle’s long absences as she traveled from one frontline to the next – only to lose her in a tragic car accident at home.  Filled with terrific, subtly nuanced performances, this is a film that will stay with you long after it ends. Join Producers Albert Berger & Ron Yerxa (Nebraska, Little Miss Sunshine, Election) and actor Devin Druid (Olive Kitteridge) for a conversation following screenings.
